Dyson launches Corrale CoolShine straightener with liquid cooling and new Airsmooth dryer brush

Dyson released the Corrale CoolShine straightener ($329) as an upgrade to its 2020 Corrale model, adding water-filled pipes that draw excess heat away from hair during styling to reduce heat damage. The straightener maintains the original's flexing heated copper plates that heat hair above 400 degrees Fahrenheit, but now cools hair back down in a single pass. Dyson also launched the Airsmooth dryer brush ($249), which combines the company's Supersonic hair dryer technology with a custom brush attachment featuring teardrop-shaped design and looped bristles that collapse under tension to reduce snagging. The Airsmooth's intelligent heat control adjusts temperature 100 times per second to reduce frizz and heat damage.
