Bluesky expands Attie AI tool beyond feed-building to app and game creation
Users can now generate small interactive applications like games and polls to share as standalone websites.

What happened
Bluesky's Attie AI tool, which launched earlier this year as a feed-building feature, has been expanded to allow users to create and share small social apps including games, polls, dashboards, and other interactive tools. Users generate apps by typing prompts; Bluesky CEO Toni Schneider described the tool as "social vibe coding for your community." Example apps currently featured on the Attie website include a Flappy Bird clone, a drum machine, a quiz, and an idle clicker game, each with custom links on the attie.site domain and creator attribution.
Context
This expansion positions Attie as a platform for community-driven app creation, lowering the technical barrier to building interactive tools through AI prompting. By hosting these apps on a dedicated domain with attribution, Bluesky creates a discoverable library of user-generated applications and establishes a new type of engagement layer on its social platform. The tool shifts from personalization (custom feeds) to user-generated interactive content as a feature extending Bluesky's social ecosystem.
